Signal Decay makes music for unmade horror films, with a little strange beauty coming through the cracks. Heavy and exploratory zones from a noise rock/early industrial indebted experimental quartet of "Illinoisian Surrealists". Based between Chicago and Little Egypt, it remains an underground/outsider affair since its founding in 2016 by Dave Nelson and Nick Yeck-Stauffer. Born out of the ashes of a publishing project which approached Midwestern Noise as a sort of "regional folk music"; which was ditched in favor of actual sound making. Instrumentation may include various electronics & sample sources, hotwired synths, devolved guitar, contact mics, scrap metal, power tools, submerged sound poetry, and horn.

Heath Gillespie, also known as Eustress, is an artist from Danville, Indiana, currently residing in Indianapolis. Alongside his collaborator mos fet, Heath is a co-founder of the label Blinx, known for its emphasis on electronic and experimental music. He is recognized for his fusion of cinematic sound design and hyper textural ambience.
